About the Band
Smokin' Slice of Mojo is an experienced Soul/R&B band known for delivering high-energy performances designed to get audiences of all ages up and dancing. With a thoughtfully curated playlist, we bring you the classic hits that everyone knows and loves, and the hidden gems that stir great memories. We complement our classic Soul/R&B tunes with carefully selected contemporary songs consistent with our roots. Our setlist is family-friendly and is appropriate to public settings.
The band showcases a dynamic power trio with both male and female lead vocals, exceptional backing harmonies, a high-energy rhythm section, and a realistic horn section. We faithfully recreate the signature sound and groove that make classic tunes timeless.
